Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition they were received; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Simply pack up the items you are returning with a copy of your original receipt from MyPickleballGear. You may receive credit for the items or exchange items for other alternative items.

To initiate the return process, email us at Info@mypickleballgear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
